It was clear at this point that this military brat was putting his roots down in DC, and he eventually found a wife. The two currently live in northeast DC. To date Ashley has syndicated over fifteen million dollars in project funding in eighteen months. Ashley also developed and owns subdivisions in Shelby NC called Jennings Estates Lane and Berryhill Condominiums. This project is set to break ground in 2023.
